As a Manhattan private party venue and private event space, Loft Eleven can simply be partitioned in many creative and distinctive ways in order to customize the size of your event space. For intimate private parties or events in situations where people may want a crowded party feel, the West room of Loft Eleven can be used alone as a party room. For medium sized parties, the East room can be used either alone or adjoined with the terrace room creating an “L” shaped party room. Another creative use of the loft as a party space for private functions is combining the West party room with the terrace room and closing off the East room. For large flowing parties, all rooms can be used. Many people choose to design their party room in a way that their guests have access to the event venue’s outdoor terrace. This party space has very beautiful NYC views, which helps to ensure for an unforgettable private party or private event. This event space is often used as an elegant banquet hall for NYC weddings and elegant black tie events.

As a private party location or private function space Penthouse 15 is made up of two separate NYC party rooms in addition to an outdoor rooftop party space. This combination of available event space allows for great creativity and flexibility in the creation of your private party. Hosts can utilize the party rooms together with the outdoor space or they can create a smaller intimate party room focusing on various combinations of the rooms and outdoor space. Often, smaller parties choose to focus their event in just one area of the loft where the guests get to enjoy an intimate loft atmosphere. The floor plan of this event location also makes it ideal for private parties or private events that want to start off in one area and then move to another area for a different stage of the event. In addition to the outdoor rooftop space, guests at this event venue get to enjoy beautiful NYC views both from inside its party rooms and outside on its terraces and rooftop. As a NYC reception venue, this loft is often used as the perfect location for intimate events, such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, engagement parties, holiday parties and sweet 16 parties.

As a New York City private party and event space, The West Side Loft is an elegant and grand location for both large and medium sized Manhattan parties. The event venue’s floor plan allows the flexibility of using all or a portion of the venue depending on the size of your private party or private event. Clients have many options utilizing this space including hosting the event in the North or South party room individually or in conjunction with the adjoining garden room with the Japanese koi pond. Other ideas would also include using the South party room and garden room for cocktail parties and then moving to the North party room for dinner and dancing. This event space is often used as a unique and elegant NYC catering hall and reception venue. This location serves as the perfect reception venue for formal NYC weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, black tie events, birthday parties, sweet 16’s, and holiday parties.

As a private party venue or an event location, Studio 450 can be used as the perfect party room for small, medium and large NYC private parties. The main floor has walls that close, thus allowing a completely unnoticeable splitting of the party room into a smaller more intimate setting. The Penthouse event room, along with the wraparound outdoor roof top deck can be used by itself for small and medium sized private events. This NYC duplex party space also allows private parties the flexibility of starting off the event utilizing the upstairs Penthouse and outdoor roof deck, then moving the party into the event sites main floor where the private party or private event can flow into a different phase and atmosphere. This all white NYC party and event location, with its floor to ceiling windows, has the most breathtaking, 360 degree views of New York City and the Hudson River to go along with astonishing sunset views that are certain to make any private party or event a memorable one. Studio 450 is often used as New York City’s most unique and chic banquet space. As a private party room or NYC event space, Loft 12 is a great setting for people that are planning a 35-40 person cocktail party or for those planning a sit down dinner for up to 30 guests. This event site is more appropriate for low key music type of events. This party and event space has terraces that are large enough for all of your guests to enjoy the outside party space as well as the beautiful inside party room. This party room has very pretty NYC views, which compliment the events space’s Manhattan apartment feel. This event space is an ideal location for small dinner parties, cocktail parties, bridal showers, intimate birthday parties and baby showers.
