Loft 11 was the first of our five Manhattan event venues. This event space opened in March of 2002. This sun filled loft immediately became an extremely popular event space for corporate events, NYC weddings and other private parties. This event space still remains a very highly regarded and desirable New York City event site that remains a flexible venue for both day and evening events.

The range of looks created in this space is broad, and consist of everything from a traditional look, to a sheik modern look. Some of its features include a floor plan that gives great flexibility for various guest capacities, a small outside terrace, a large fireplace, arched doorways, and our trademark chandeliers, which can be removed to create a more modern or industrial look.

One of the many reasons the venue is an ideal wedding location in Manhattan is because it offers a separate room for the ceremony, a separate area for cocktail hour and a third separate area for dinner and dancing. Loft 11, for weddings also includes the use of Loft 12 as its beautiful bridal room.

The floor plan for Loft 11 is also ideal for Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs because the floor plan is conducive for the separate entertainment of both the adults and the children.

This event venue is also an ideal location for NYC weddings, NYC corporate events, fashion shows, product launches, conventions, business meetings, charity and fundraising events, sweet 16 parties, Bar Mitzvahs, Bat Mitzvahs, NYC birthday parties, photo shoots and film shoots.

The entire event space fits up to 165 guests for sit down catered events with dancing and up to 350 guests for cocktail parties. The minimum guest count recommended for this event site is 40 guests.
