The most frequently used of our event lofts for fashion shows are, Loft 11, The Westside Loft and Studio 450, however, for small fashion shows of aproimitaly 120 guests or for those shows not requiring a large runway, Penthouse 15 should also be considered. These event lofts offer an array of different looks and feels that can compliment and enhance the energy of our clients NYC fashion show.

For clients seeking a more industrial or modern feel, Studio 450 is an ideal event location. Typical guest counts for fashion shows at Studio 450 is up to 200 guests, leaving plenty of room for model changing areas and optional cocktail reception space.

Loft 11 is a great fashion show space for guest counts up to 160 guests. This allows for plenty of room for the lofts other rooms to be used as a cocktail reception area and the terrace room as the model makeup and changing area.

The West Side Loft is the most sought after of our Manhattan event spaces for fashion shows. This event venue has a long rectangular room that is almost 100 feet long which allows approximately 270 guests a wonderful viewing of the fashion show. This event site includes a garden room, which is often used for hair, make up and changing while the fireplace room is left available for optional cocktail receptions.
